These terms cover your use of goodthree.com and any text messaging you opt into with Goodthree. By using the site or opting in to texts, you’re agreeing to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Goodthree is a design and development studio based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Our website privacy policy is at goodthree.com/privacy-policy.
Using the site
You can browse the site, read our work, and get in touch with us. What you can’t do: try to break it, scrape it, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. Don’t attempt to access parts of the site or systems that aren’t meant for public use.
Our content
Everything on the site — text, design, code, images, and the Goodthree name and logo — belongs to Goodthree or is used with permission. Client work shown in our portfolio belongs to those clients and appears with their consent. You’re welcome to link to the site or share pages, but please don’t copy, republish, or reuse our content commercially without asking first.
Contact form and inquiries
Submitting the contact form doesn’t create a client relationship or obligate either of us to anything. It starts a conversation. Actual project work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.
Please don’t submit anything through the site that you don’t have the right to share, and don’t send sensitive information like passwords or financial details.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages from Goodthree, the following applies:
- What you’ll get. You will receive informational and conversational messages from Goodthree about your project: answering questions, status updates, scheduling, and approval or feedback requests. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies based on your communication needs.
- How you opt in. Verbally, over the phone or in person, when we ask for your mobile number and whether you’d like to receive informational texts from Goodthree. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- How to stop. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. You’ll get one confirmation message and then nothing further. To rejoin, reply START or let us know.
- Help. For help, text HELP to the number you received messages from, or contact us at [email protected] or (717) 397-6979.
- Rates and carriers. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your data. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose.

Third-party links and services
The site may link to other websites or use third-party services (like Google Analytics). We don’t control those and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and policies apply.
No warranties
The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it’ll always be error-free, uninterrupted, or up to date. Nothing on the site is professional advice tailored to your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodthree isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the messaging program. If we’re ever found liable in connection with the site, our total liability is limited to $100. This doesn’t limit liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Changes
If we update these terms, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
