Started from a passion for designing planters and building relationships, Perfect Pots took off solely from word-of-mouth.
The small garage operation quickly grew to four locations, expanding services to also offer year-round container garden design, fresh-cut florals, landscaping, and uncommon garden décor. After years of growth, the team wanted to look at enhancing parts of their brand, online presence, and customer experience.
Products and services are at the heart of Perfect Pots, and the reason for customer loyalty. We put our energy into what was working and what could work better for the identity. We designed an enhanced word mark, keeping true to the existing logo and remaining inclusive of everything Perfect Pots has to offer. In addition, we designed a system of logos for their locations and a set of illustrations to highlight a selection of offerings. These pieces of the identity were accompanied by a refreshed, expanded color palette and a typographic system that felt at home with the brand as a whole. The print materials and redesigned website solidified the new identity with consistent treatment across different applications, enhanced user experience, and clear representation of the brand.
